The Rhythm

Inspired by early dance practice, The Rhythm explores movement, time and growth through jewellery.

From Chinese ethnic dance to Dai dance, the drum taught the body to feel time as stages — like those that shape a life.

Time creates structure and limit; within it, one may still choose how to grow.

Are we formed only by circumstance — or can rhythm still be chosen within it?

Like plants in given vessels, people take form through environment and choice.

Time cannot be commanded; growth within its structure remains a choice.
